backyard fun

There has been a lot going on in our yard lately besides the deck being built:

The kids hung out eating treats while Matt built a box for the garden.  

Matt dug out for the box and the kids mixed the soil.

We spread dirt on the whole lawn in the front and the back.

It resulted in a lot of fun with the dirt.  Kylee was creative in making mud men.

It also made for a big mess and lots of dirty kids.  

Matt spent many hours transplanting a tree from the back to the front.  

It was a little windy so all the kids helped hold it in place while Matt tied it down.
