Duke Gardens

I love getting pictures taken of our family.  Sometimes the process goes well and other times the kids are less than helpful.  Blake was not in a picture taking mood this day.

It also tested the patience of the other children.

Shortly after moving to North Carolina 2 years ago we walked through the Duke Gardens.  We thought it was beautiful and would be a great place to take family pictures.  Being the procrastinators that we are, we didn't get it done until our second to last week before moving.  Thanks to Jackie, a friend that worked with Matt, we were able to get some pictures taken.

 

This one was taken during a brief calm spell Blake had, during which Brayden and I tried to get close to him without upsetting his peace.
